Who we are

An engineering group that leaves the technology running.

We start from a problem in the operation. We integrate the technology that exists and develop the technology that is missing. Showing that something can be done is not the result: the result is leaving it running.

The group

Engineering with an in-house team, not a consulting layer.

We are the applied engineering and technology arm of a Chilean technology ecosystem that builds for traditional industries. That means a technical team, infrastructure and investment capacity behind every project, instead of a layer of recommendations you then have to put out to tender.

We work across industrial fronts that, seen from the process, demand the same chain: measure in the field, move the data, process it and return it as a decision. What changes between one industry and another is the standard, the environment and the operating cycle — not the nature of the work.

If we propose something, we can also implement it. If we can't, we tell you in the first meeting.

    Instrumentation and telemetry

    Sensors, continuous measurement and transmission from the field. We integrate scattered instrumentation into a single operational view.

    Control of physical processes: pumping, dosing, conveyors and actuators. We design the logic and leave it running in the field.

    Robotics and custom machinery

    Machinery designed and built for processes the standard market does not solve, with precision robotics integrated.

    AI and image processing

    Models on top of operational data: early detection, counting and tracking, and natural-language reasoning over databases and platforms.

    Monitoring and alerting software

    Operations dashboards, threshold alerts and incident response flows. Where the data becomes a decision.

    Power and connectivity in the field

    Solar panels, storage and remote links for sites and facilities with no grid power and no coverage.

How we engage

Three phases, with the scope closed before each one.

Nobody commits the whole operation up front. The work advances in phases, and each one has to justify the next with evidence.

  1. Phase 01

    Diagnostic

    4–8 weeks

    Site visits, interviews with the technical team and a review of the data that already exists. This is where we decide what gets integrated from what is already there and what has to be developed. Deliverable: a map of the problem with concrete metrics and a pilot proposal.

  2. Phase 02

    Pilot

    3–6 months

    Implementation within a bounded perimeter —one heap, one line, one fleet—. This is where whatever must be developed gets built and tested, with continuous measurement against the previous phase's indicators, until it is validated technically and economically before committing the full operation.

  3. Phase 03

    Scale-up

    based on results

    A joint decision from the pilot's evidence. Roll-out to the rest of the operation and a sustained service model.

In every phase, the scope, the timeline and the success criteria are defined before starting. We do not move to the next one without formal agreement between the parties.

Ecosystem

Synapse Group is part of a Chilean technology ecosystem that also develops vertical products under its own brands. Among them, AgroSynapse, an AI-powered operational intelligence platform for the agricultural industry, live with clients in Chile.

The holding's backing gives us access to technical talent, infrastructure and investment capacity that are typically out of reach for independent consultancies.
